This is a photo of pieces of art created by Aleta Wright, the poet Nikol-Day's mother. The art was used to complement the theme of the poetry reading.
Descriptive text: This photo shows two pieces of sculpture artwork sitting on a small table. The first piece is a foam mannequin head decorated with pieces of newspaper. The newspaper pieces were also used to make the hair or hat for the mannequin head. The second piece is a ceramic vase of a baby's head and upper shoulders. The vase contains two artificial yellow lilies.
