On June 28, 2021, in celebration of the new nationally recognized holiday, Juneteenth, the USA Libraries supported the online readings of the Emancipation Proclamation, General Report No.3, and poetry readings. This event was organized by Willie Dinnish, owner of the Black Ink Coalition.
