Anyone affiliated with the University of South Alabama or USA Health Systems can submit content and materials to the JagWorks@USA IR. Please note that all submissions must have been created by individuals while they were or currently are affiliated with the university. Content created at other institutions will not be accepted. To determine if your materials are eligible for submission, please complete the Content Submission Form.
Before submitting content and material to the JagWorks@USA IR, submitters must be able to represent and warrant that:
- The submitted material(s) are your original work;
- to the best of your knowledge, the submitted material(s) do not infringe on anyone else’s copyright or other legal rights and do not contain anything which is false, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, or deceptive;
- if the submission contains material for which you do not hold copyright and that exceeds fair use, you have obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner to grant the University of South Alabama the rights required by this license, and that such third-party owned material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text or content of the submission;
- you have the right, power, and authority to agree to these terms and conditions and to grant the University of South Alabama the rights set forth herein; and
- if any of the submitted material(s) were sponsored or supported by a party other than the University of South Alabama (e.g., a government agency, corporate sponsor, or private funder), you have complied with any prior review or other obligations or requirements imposed by that contract or agreement.
