Abstract

In this interview, Arthur Carver Coleman is interviewed by Alisha Palmer at the Texas Street Rec about his memories of growing up in the Down the Bay community. Mr. Coleman discusses some of his memories of the neighborhood that he grew up in, and shares some of his family history and his personal accomplishments in his life, including his career as a pharmacist at a time when there were few Black pharmacists in Mobile.
