Abstract

In this interview, Jim Knight is interviewed by Alisha Palmer and Erin Nelson at the Southeastern Archaeological Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee about his experiences as an archaeologist. In particular, Dr. Knight discusses digging at Moundville in 1973, and digging in the same area as sites that were excavated for the Mobile River Bridge mitigation work in 2023.
