Abstract
Today's business students have grown up in an environment where ethical misconduct seems to be the norm. Many studies show that ethics are formed by culture and socialization, possibly suggesting that by the time a student reaches college their ethical values are set. Recent research disagrees with these findings and attempts to find ways to teach college students about ethical behavior. Results of this study indicate that work experience, internship experience, and major do not play a major role in the ethical decision making of business students. However there is a significant relationship between a student's gender and ethical decision-making.
