Abstract

In this recording, Ryan Morini interviews Tom Peterson about his experiences as a student at the University of South Alabama in the late 1970s. Mr. Peterson describes the process of coming to South Alabama from Foley in 1977, and his memories of living in Alpha Hall East his freshman year. He also describes the “East Beasts” organization that existed in that particular dorm. Mr. Peterson reflects on his student experience in general, and shares some stories that particularly stand out in his recollection.
