Abstract

This is the virtual presentation on a quality improvement study conducted to fulfill the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree requirements. This study aimed to develop an educational program that will inform patients and healthcare providers about the importance of proper inhaler use and the impact of education on COPD and asthmatic patients' ability to recognize risk-triggering exacerbations resulting in deteriorating lung function (Klijnet al., 2017).
