Abstract

This is the virtual presentation on a quality improvement study conducted in fulfillment of the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree requirements. The purpose of this project was to improve hypertension health literacy by counseling patients to increase their knowledge of treatment and interventions that may contribute to improved outcomes in hypertension management.
