AI Alive on Fridays is a crowd-sourcing initiative aimed at sharing AI tools, tips, and applications in the field of AIEd (AI in education). This program is a collaborative effort between the Innovation in Learning Center and Marx Library, designed specifically for higher education professionals who are utilizing AI in their classrooms and research.
Participants are encouraged to showcase their unique applications of AI, whether for teaching, assignments, research, or administrative purposes. The sessions take place on selected Fridays at noon, each lasting one hour. During these times, two guests will share their experiences in a show-and-tell format, each presenting for 20 minutes, followed by a discussion.
The meetings are conducted via Zoom. AI Alive on Fridays' primary objective is to foster a collaborative learning environment where educators can share their real-life experiences with AI tools, policies, and practices and learn from one another's success stories.
