Industrial control systems (ICS) operate critical infrastructure — power grids, water treatment, and manufacturing — where attacks can cause physical damage. As IT and OT networks converge, multi-stage attacks now span both cyber and physical layers, requiring detection approaches that correlate across entire systems.
