Abstract
Your #1 Favorite Girl is a memoir that attempts to answer the question “What is a late bloomer?” The work is meant to examine what exactly “coming of age” is and what it means to do so at a slower pace than expected. What does it mean to be a late bloomer, and what are the consequences of being one?
