Abstract
In this interview, Rebecca “Becky” Wilson is interviewed by Jada Jones and Ryan Morini outside of her apartment in Mobile. Ms. Wilson speaks about her memories of growing up in the Springhill area of Mobile at a time before the roads were paved, and of traveling to the beach and going fishing with her father, as well as staying at her aunt’s house on Elmira Street. She shares some memories of her K-12 educational experiences, including being a 1958 graduate of Murphy High School. She also speaks of attending Spring Hill College, and describes her experiences working as a drug and alcohol counselor.
