Abstract
Society's views on business ethics have changed in the past few years, partly because of the accounting fraud scandals such as Enron and WorldCom. This study examined the difference between marketing and accounting students with respect to their ethical inclinations. The participants in this research were students at the University of South Alabama majoring in business who completed a survey developed by Michael Maccoby. Maccoby's head/heart characteristics theory was used to measure these students' ethical inclinations.
