Description

This is a video of the reception hosted by the University of South Alabama's Libraries celebrating the donation of Roy and Alec Thigpen's photography collection to the Doy Leal McCall Rare Book and Manuscript Library. This collection is composed of a large and diverse assortment of original photographic images produced for clients in and around Mobile, Alabama, over seven decades from 1947 to 2020, and totaling approximately 1.6 million images.
